My dad’s family is Greek. (Very Greek and yes, I even have a sister who uses Windex on everything for those of you who have seen the movie!)Â As an adult, I’ve tried to find ways to connect more with my Greek heritage. One of those ways is through food.
This Elderberry Apple Cake recipe is based on the traditional Greek Apple Cake called Milopita. The moist, delicate, and lightly spiced flavors blend perfectly with the addition of our spiced Elderberry Syrup. It’s delicious and will simply dissolve in your mouth.
