How do we get started?
Fill out the contact form above, or call/ text us at 801-367-2153. Then we will send you the number of flyers and order forms that you need for the students that are participating. After your order and funds are submitted to us, we will ship the correct number of packets to you.
Are there any start up fees?
No start up fees required.
Do I need to be part of an organization to start this fundraiser?
No, we support individuals as well as large groups and organizations. Individual people- young and old are welcome. We do not have any stipulations on what the funds are used for.
How much does the Elderberry Juice Powder sell for?
$20 through the fundraiser. The student earns $8 per Elderberry Juice Powder packet sold.
What is the typical time frame for this fundraiser?
Two weeks after you start, you submit the number of Elderberry Juice Powder packets sold to us via email/ phone/ text. It will typically take us 1-2 weeks to fill your order depending on the size of your order.
How do we disperse the Elderberry Juice Powder?
We will ship to you at the address you provide as long as it is within the United States. Your students will take the individual packets to their customers.
Do I need to reach a specific goal?
We do not require a specific goal to be met, but we strongly encourage your students to set their own goal to reach.
How are the funds collected?
The funds are collected by the students. Payments will need to be made to you or your organization, per your preferred payment methods. One single payment will be made to us for the total packets ordered. You will immediately keep the 40% that your students have earned. Our company’s portion will cover sales tax- so you do not need to calculate or collect sales tax.
Can we ask to do fundraiser on a different Elderberry Family Farms product?
Yes, those will be done on a case by case basis. Contact us if you are interested in a different product.
