Announcing Elderberry Family Farms is sponsoring the West Mountain Farmers Market- the details are as follows:
– Second Saturday of September from 9 am-2 pm: September 14th, 2024
This market will coincide with our Elderberry harvest!
– We have booths that include: fruits and vegetables; we have also invited, homemade crafts, baked goods, children’s books, and much more!
– Stop by to try our Elderberry Lemonade!
– We have organized inflatable slides for the kiddos, and food trucks for everyone
We are hosting the market at our farm so you’ll have bathrooms, water, and chairs available if you need them.
– 10104 S. 6000 W. in Payson (West Mountain)
– We plan to be open rain or shine, (we will close down if weather becomes dangerous with wind or thunder storms)
If you are interested in having a booth, here is the basic info:
– You can set up a booth and sell things that you grow or make (homemade foods, produce, crafts, and ready-made breakfast or lunch)
– We also want to help support fundraisers and those who would like to teach a class or plan an activity
– A very small $10 booth fee helps cover our Utah County license cost, insurance, and hand sanitizing station supplies
– The deadline to sign up as a seller, fundraiser, or to host a class or activity is the last Saturday of August (August 31st, 2024)
– Set up is anytime between 6:30 am-8:00 am, contact us directly if you need to set up the night before
– Contact us to sell or for more information on rules and regulations about selling products
