The holidays are just around the corner, and there’s nothing we like better than finding new ways to use our elderberry products in new cooking projects.
Today, we’re playing around in the farm kitchen with Aunt Bea’s Holiday Sauce.
A sweet and vibrant blend of Elderberry, Cranberry, and Mandarin Orange, making a delicious and nutritious treat. We use only good, clean, well water from our deep mountain well. It tastes like a homemade Christmas with Aunt Bea!
Focaccia is traditionally a savory Italian bread—soft, airy, and often topped with herbs, olive oil, and sea salt. But this version takes a delightful detour to the sweet side by layering Aunt Bea’s Holiday Sauce over the dough and adding bright notes of elderberry, cranberry, and mandarin. The result is a beautifully tender focaccia with a festive sweetness that feels both familiar and surprising. It still has the beloved texture of classic focaccia, but with a warm, holiday-inspired twist that makes it perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a seasonal treat.
It’s a bit like enjoying a warm, fluffy jam tart in bread form—sweet, soft, and absolutely irresistible. You’ve got to try this!

You’ll need some Aunt Bea’s Holiday Sauce.
